MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – Senetas Corporation Limited (ASX: SEN) (Senetas / The Company), a global leader in defence grade high-assurance network encryption solutions, today announced that its majority owned subsidiary company, VGM (Aust) Holdings Pty Ltd (VGM), the Australian based former holding company of the Votiro business, has received the final cash payment from Menlo Security Inc (Menlo) in relation to the sale of the Votiro business following the clearance of those funds by Israeli tax authorities. The final cash amount received following foreign exchange movements since 31 December 2025, and approximately A$0.1 million of Israeli withholding tax that the Company anticipates recovering from Israeli based VGM minority shareholders, was A$6.1 million. The Senetas consolidated cash balance at the end of March 2026 is expected to be A$15.9 million, up from A$6.7 million at 31 December 2025. As mentioned in the company’s half year report, the board is currently considering further capital management options. In addition to the cash received, Menlo has also issued VGM with the final tranche of Menlo shares due as part of the Votiro sale consideration.
