In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Senetas provides the following information in relation to the request: 1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Senetas in relation to Senetas’s majority owned subsidiary Votiro Cybersec Global Pty Ltd (Votiro). 2. Senetas requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of open trade on 21 February 2025 or the release of an announcement by the Company regarding Votiro. 3. Senetas is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market in the trading of the Company’s shares. 4. Senetas confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
